No Comments on Ice Climbing Season is on Full Swing. Ice Climbing Season is on Full Swing. Even though the beginning of the winter seemed promising, the warm weather in December destroyed all the dreams of icefalls from everywhere south from Lapland. Luckily around the New Year we finally got some sub zero weather that fixed the damages rather quickly. And in early January me and Dima finally got to start the ice climbing season. In Kuopio seems to be quite thin this year and so we headed to Neulamäki.
Friday, December 30, 2016. Vuosi 2016 takana ja vuosi 2017 edessä. Vaikka vuotta 2016 on kirottu ympäri mediaa kuluneet viikot, niin itselleni se oli ainakin siinä määrin onnistunut, että pääsin käymään kahdesti vaelluksella Lapissa. Kevyempiä retkiä tuli tehtyä mm. Helvetinjärven kansallispuistoon, Seitsemisten kansallispuistoon, sekä Teijon kansallispuistoon. Kuten tänne jo aiemmin päivitin, niin hankin myös uuden objektiivin kameraan - joskin kuvaaminen jäi tänä vuonna vaelluksia lukuun ot.
